Who is responsible

What we store

Account: your email, your name if your sign-in gives one, and when you signed up and last used the app. Your content: the audio, scripts, covers and exports you create. Use: a credits ledger (what was used and when) and the cost of AI calls, which we need to run billing and limits. Where you came from: the page of our site you clicked from, kept once when you sign up. Security: your address at sign-up, to limit abuse.

Why

To provide the service you asked for, to keep it safe and affordable to run, and to answer you. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Sign-in: Google (Firebase). Hosting: Hetzner (Germany). Email: Brevo. Payments, when they exist: Stripe. AI services, only when you ask for an AI action: Google (Gemini), OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Replicate and Cleanvoice, depending on the action. Those services receive only what that action needs, such as the script or the audio. We do not use your content to train models; for the AI providers, see their own terms.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and has no tracking. The app sets one cookie to keep you signed in. It is needed for the service, so there is nothing to accept.

How long

Your account and episodes stay until you delete them. Deleted audio goes to a trash for 7 days and is then removed. We keep the credits ledger as a business record. See Your files.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). You can delete your account yourself in the app, or see Delete your data.
