Who we are

Vandcast is a service of Cubex Nederland, Mandelapad 1, 1314 CG Almere, the Netherlands (KvK 34324352, VAT NL002456416B84). Write to hello@vandcast.com.

The service

Vandcast is a browser tool to record, clean, arrange and export podcast audio, with optional AI features. We may change or improve it, and we will tell you about changes that matter to you.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and give a real email address. Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.

Credits

Every account gets free credits each month. They reset on the first of the month and do not carry over. AI actions use credits. Credit packs are not on sale yet; when they are, the price, the amount of credits and your withdrawal rights will be shown before you pay, and bought credits will not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Your content

Your recordings, scripts and exports are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, including sending them to the AI services you ask for. Only upload content you have the right to use. Content made by AI is provided as is: check it before you publish it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vandcast to break the law, to harm or impersonate people, to make content that exploits or harasses others, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Withdrawal and refunds

When paid packs exist, a consumer in the EU may withdraw within 14 days of buying. Credits already used are paid for; unused credits are refunded. Contact us and we will take care of it.

No guarantees

We work to keep Vandcast available and your files safe, but we do not promise it will never fail. Keep your own copies of anything important by exporting it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem, and we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms. Dutch law applies, and the courts of Midden-Nederland decide disputes, without taking away any rights you have as a consumer.
